Q: What if the specific service or idea I want is not listed on your page?-A: We can completely customize your order without any problem! If your idea doesn't fit into my standard listed services, just send me a DM.By asking the right questions and gathering visual references together, we can brainstorm and build a custom project that fits exactly what you are looking for.-Q: Can I request changes or revisions during the process?A: Yes! I will send you the initial sketch for your approval. Since my art style is rendered entirely on a single layer (one-layer painting), making corrections during the early stages is usually not a problem. However, please make sure to double-check all details thoroughly before giving me the green light to proceed.Once the sketch is approved and I start the rendering process on that single layer, major changes to the pose or anatomy cannot be accepted. Checking details carefully helps accelerate both the workflow and the final delivery time!-Q: Do you draw NSFW, gore, or specific fetishes?A: Yes, I accept NSFW and fetish content! You can check the specific guidelines in Section 8 of my terms. Please note that I strictly do not draw any content that is harmful, discriminatory, or depicts minors/animals.-Q: Do I need to pay extra for Commercial Use?A: It depends on how you use it!🟢 No Extra Fee: You can use the artwork freely for personal use, social media, profile pictures (PFP), and streaming channels (Twitch/YouTube overlays, banners, etc.) without any extra charge.⚠️ Commercial Fee Applies (20% to 50% extra or Flat-Fee): This fee is strictly required if the artwork will be used for Merchandise (physical or digital) or Large-scale Promotional/Advertising projects (such as book covers, commercial ads, clothing lines, etc.).💼 Flat-Fee Option for Advertising: If your project qualifies as commercial advertising, a single 100% upfront flat-fee payment for the piece can occasionally be accepted to grant full commercial rights. You must consult with me first via DM to discuss, negotiate, and confirm if this option applies to your project. Proper artistic credit linking to my profiles is always mandatory.-Q: Do you charge extra for complex designs or detailed backgrounds?A: Yes. The base price covers the character with a simple or flat-color background. Characters with highly complex designs (such as intricate armor, detailed mecha parts, or heavy props) or requests for custom, detailed backgrounds will require an additional fee. This will be calculated and discussed during our initial negotiation.-Q: Can I pay extra for a rush order / tight deadline?A: It depends entirely on my current schedule, health, and local queue. If I have the availability to take a rush order, an additional fee of 40% to 60% of the base price will be applied, depending on the complexity of the piece. Please consult with me via DM before assuming I can meet a tight deadline.-Q: Am I allowed to edit or alter the final artwork?A: You are welcome to crop or resize the image to fit your profile pictures, banners, or streaming overlays. However, you are strictly prohibited from coloring over the artwork, altering my rendering, or applying filters that drastically modify the piece.🚫 STRICT NO AI POLICY: You are NEVER allowed to feed my artwork into AI generators, datasets, or AI tools of any kind. Anyone caught using my art for AI purposes will be permanently banned from ordering future commissions and blocked from all my platforms.-Q: How will I receive updates on my commission?A: I will reach out to you directly via the platform you ordered from (VGen or Discord) to send you the initial sketch for approval. After the sketch is approved and I move into the single-layer rendering phase, updates will be sent periodically or upon request.Feel free to ask for a status update if you need one, but please respect my working times!
-Q: How long will it take to finish my commission?A: Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue. An estimated deadline will be discussed before payment. Please keep in mind that I am a working mother managing a delicate chronic health condition (asthma) alongside local infrastructure limitations (power/internet outages), so slight delays may occasionally occur. I always prioritize open communication if an issue arises!-Q: Can I get a refund if there is a delay?A: No. I maintain a strict No-Refund Policy, and all sales are final. Delays caused by health emergencies, family matters, or local utility/country limitations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. Rest assured, I am fully committed to delivering your artwork as soon as conditions allow.-Q: Will you post my commission on your social media or portfolio?A: Yes, I reserve the right to showcase all completed commissions on my social media, portfolio, or streams to promote my work. If your commission is a gift or a secret project, please let me know in advance! I am more than happy to delay posting it until a specific date.-Q: In what format will I receive my files?A: All final high-resolution files will be delivered directly to your Gmail. The default format is PNG (you can request a transparent background if needed). If the commission is an emote, it will be delivered in GIF format.
